Why do I need to provide my driver’s license and auto insurance?

• We must confirm that the person making the reservation is the same person responsible for the camper during the rental period. This protects both you and our business from fraud or unauthorized use.

• Even if you are not towing the camper yourself, you are still the responsible party for the rental. A valid driver’s license confirms legal eligibility and establishes who is accountable for the unit.

• Your auto insurance provides secondary coverage in certain situations involving your vehicle while on the property or during delivery. Insurance companies require identity and coverage verification for any rental agreement involving a towable unit.

• Nebraska and Colorado both require proper identification and insurance documentation for rentals involving vehicles or towable equipment. This ensures all parties are protected in the event of an accident or claim.
