Cancellation Policy

 ​​Camper Rental & Reservation Agreement — Brief Summary All camper rentals require a three‑night minimum, full payment at booking, a non‑refundable $100 processing fee, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Check‑in is at 3 PM and check‑out is at 12 PM. Renters must provide a driver’s license, auto insurance, and complete a mandatory orientation before the camper is released. At check‑out, the camper must be fully cleaned and required photos submitted. Trash must be removed, and renters must notify Lake Mac RV Rentals before leaving the campsite. Waste removal and water refill services are charged unless prepaid. The security deposit covers damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, and policy violations. Smoking, awning use, and roof access are strictly prohibited. Cancellations must be emailed and follow a tiered refund schedule. No refunds are issued for early returns or events outside our control. Renters are responsible for all damages, theft, vandalism, and loss of use. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration. By booking and using our services, you agree to all terms and conditions of the Camper Rental & Reservation Agreement.
